MS. FRANCIS was named Vice President of Credit Administration. She brings over 12 years of banking experience in commercial and construction lending, and regulatory compliance. Francis is a graduate of UCLA, University of Phoenix, Arizona, and has earned her law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark.
